Terms of use

Use it for honest polls

• Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit, or anything meant to mislead people, such as scams or phishing.
• Don't post other people's personal information.
• Don't try to break the site, flood it, or get around its limits, such as one vote per browser.
• You're responsible for the polls you make. Anyone with a poll's link can see it.

Children under 13

TallyLab is for people 13 and older. If you're under 13, don't give us your email address.

What we can do

• We may hide or delete any poll at any time, without notice. If a poll breaks these terms, use “Report this poll” at the bottom of its page.
• We may change these terms. The date below shows when they last changed.

No guarantees

TallyLab is provided as it is. It may have bugs, go down, or lose data, and one vote per browser can be worked around by anyone determined to. Don't use it where a result has to be secure or binding, such as an official election.
